| The Beach Experience Anytime the weather is nice, even on a randomly warm day in March, the city flocks here. It's a great place to lounge and take in a volley ball tournament during the summer or the weekend-long air show usually in July. The views of Lake Michigan are of course wonderful. Try the North Point Custard Stand for an iconic frozen treat. This is a real beach, with real sand. It really feels like your at the edge of an ocean. Like an ocean coastline, it's beautiful anytime of the year. Parking is plentiful along Lincoln Memorial Drive. |
